I found out about Oikos via Instagram.

I really enjoyed my session. Therapist Sly helped me cup my back, and helped me stretch my tight shoulders. I could really feel the tightness ease. Additionally, Sly is friendly, funny and a master of his craft.

If you are experiencing pain and tightness with your muscles, I can't recommend Oikos enough!

I am a 45 year old who maintains an extremely active lifestyle which consists of daily gym workouts and swimming and I have come to depend on Sly to help release and massage my sore muscles. Sly is unique amongst all the sports therapist I have seen because he not only has he got the ability to feel and sense where my body is sore and how to release it, but because he is constantly learning how to improve his abilities. If you are someone who works out regularly, you will not regret seeing Sly.

Had a great first session with Sylester. He is super detailed, really knows his stuff, and took the time to understand my issues. Managed to target problem areas that others couldn’t and no hard selling at all. Highly recommend!
